Great product ease of putting it on Bailey the reflectors when we walk at night are awesome it does not pull and he walks good in it. Definitely recommend
Overall great concept, love how easy it is to put on my pups but sadly as we walk because they pull it loosens easily which could cause them to get out of if they have a reactive reason. Unsure if they would have looped it through both sides of this clip area, maybe it would have stayed snugger. I have 3 of then and all are not double looped.
this item took just over 2 weeks to be delivered. i was excited to use the harness, but found that it does not remain fitted. i tried tightening the harness, but it loosens continuously during our walk. i asked for a refund and was told i must ship back to the china warehouse at my own expense. then id have to wait another 2-3 weeks for a refund. terrible customer service that basically just tell you thats the way it is. i would not purchase or recommend this product to anyone.
