Technically, grooming a white French Bulldog is different from grooming other colors because white-coated Frenchies can stain more easily and their coat can get yellow or gray over time. Also, white fur is almost like blonde hair, so it’s best to treat it with some TLC (Tender Loving Care)!
One of my neighbour’s Frenchie, Houston, is technically a cream French bulldog but his coat is very very white with cream patches. It’s also a lot finer in some areas and not as coarse as the Sister Frenchie Pengi’s fur. Pengi’s a true cream with a thick sandy-colored coat.
One of the ways the color of this dog is maintained is that the owner only bathes them at intervals and not so often. This could have the Frenchie’s prayers answered, they literally don’t like baths. Bathing them too often can dry out their skin or cause them more anxiety.
Hence, on average they have their baths like once in 4-6 weeks (Well, I do not recommend that long). However, the point is that reducing the frequency of the bath you give to your dog could be an effective way to maintain the color of the dog. Ideally you should bathe your white Frenchie once in a week or once in two weeks.
Also, there are some dog owners who prefer to drop their pet at a groomer's place to have the groomer bathe the dog. This is also a good idea if you are not able to keep the routine.

Use Grooming Products:
The best way to groom a white French Bulldog is by applying some grooming products. For instance, you can get items like Isle of Dogs, No. 16 White Coat Evening Primrose Oil Shampoo which is specifically produced for grooming white dogs. It’s super safe and does not contain dyes or bleaching agents.
Before You Bathe Your White French Bulldog:
Before you bathe them, brush them down quickly to get any loose furs off. Not that it really does anything—they shed like crazy during and even worse, after the bath. It never ends!
When you use grooming products in bathing your Frenchie, the formula contained in it makes the white color extra sparkly.
